This Privacy Policy explains how Merry Media LLC (“Merry Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Drink Order Pad (the “App”).

Information you enter in the App

Drink Order Pad allows you to write and save information on your device. The App is designed so that order-pad content and saved sheet history are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Merry Media for cloud storage.

Accounts

Drink Order Pad does not require a Merry Media user account for its core order-pad functionality.

Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features, purchases, or subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple. Merry Media does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple may provide transaction or subscription status information needed to provide purchased features.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or technical details you include. We use that information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue.

Analytics and diagnostics

Apple or the operating system may make diagnostic, crash, purchase, or usage information available to developers depending on your device settings and the services used by the App. We use any such information available to us to maintain and improve Drink Order Pad.

Sharing of information

Merry Media does not sell the content of your Drink Order Pad sheets. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or use service providers that help operate or support the App, subject to appropriate limitations.

Data retention

Locally stored sheets remain subject to the storage and deletion behavior of your device and the App. Support communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations.

Children’s privacy

Drink Order Pad is a workplace-oriented utility and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Drink Order Pad evolves. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page.
